• Respond to dispatches. A yes or a no within 4 hours. Declining is fine. Silence isn't.

You hold current Public Liability insurance (and Workers' Compensation if you employ staff) for as long as you're on the roster. If a policy lapses, dispatches pause until it's renewed — that protects you, us, and the client.
