Executive Partner Program

For larger portfolios — 20+ properties under active management, or a single commercial or warehouse site — there's a level above public pricing. One scoping conversation replaces the contact-and-quote cycle entirely: pre-authorised work, a locked rate, and standing compliance handled without you chasing anything.

How do the tier discounts work?
The tiers apply volume-based discounts automatically — from Preferred through to Platinum — based on your actual jobs per month. No application, no negotiation, and your tier is reviewed against real volume so it's never out of date.
How is pricing worked out?
Pricing is based on our standard rate card, plus any condition surcharge if a property or site needs above-average work. All prices include GST unless stated otherwise.
How long is a quote valid for?
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard invoicing terms are 7 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing for ongoing contract clients.
