I started Simplicity Asset Care with one goal: to permanently remove the coordination burden from property managers, real estate agencies, and facility managers.
We are an asset management business. Our own team handles the core cleaning and maintenance work directly — no subcontracted middlemen on the jobs that matter most. When a task requires a licensed trade, we coordinate it through our quality-assured partner network. Either way, the client gets one point of contact, one invoice, and a compliance report after every job. Automatically.
Right now, we're focused on end-of-lease and residential cleaning across Melbourne. We're building toward 2–3 anchor commercial contracts and a growing asset cleaning division — the next stage in a business built to scale.
Long-term, I'm building this to run without me in the room. Systems, procedures, and a team that deliver the same standard whether I'm on-site or not.
