Questions About Pricing

Is the estimate the price I'll actually pay?
It's a realistic range, not a guess — it's built from our actual rate card. We confirm the exact figure in writing once we've seen the scope, and it doesn't move after that unless you change what you've asked for.
What's included in the base price?
For domestic cleans: walls, carpet, internal windows, kitchen and oven, and bathroom. For commercial: workstations, hard floors, carpet vacuuming, kitchenettes and washroom sanitation. Anything beyond that is an add-on you select yourself, so nothing appears on the invoice you didn't choose.
Does sending a quote request commit me to anything?
No. A quote is a quote. You'll get a figure and a scope in writing, and it's yours to accept or not.
Why can't I see Preferred or Gold pricing?
Those rates are set per portfolio rather than per job, based on volume across your sites — so a public figure would be meaningless. Have a look at Partner Programs and we'll work out where you'd sit.
Do you charge more for a bigger or messier property?
Property size is already in the figure you select. Condition is what shifts a quote — a property well beyond standard condition gets flagged before we start, in writing, never added to the invoice afterwards.
