Our Trades

Every job we run sits on a network of trade partners we've personally vetted — not a directory, not a marketplace. When a property needs an electrician, a plumber, or a locksmith, it goes to the one partner we've already checked out for that trade, in that area.

The Network

We don't hide who does the work. These are the businesses currently in active rotation — each one licensed, insured, and checked before they were ever dispatched to a client property.

Partners are added as they clear the checklist below — and removed the moment insurance or a licence lapses.

How a Trade Partner Earns a Spot

Before anyone joins the network, they clear every one of these:

  • Active ABN under a registered business name
  • Current Public Liability Insurance, minimum $10M — certificate sighted and renewed
  • Workers Compensation cover where they employ their own staff
  • Valid trade licence or registration, checked against the relevant state register
  • Signed Independent Contractor Services Agreement
  • Two verifiable references from prior clients
  • A completed trial job before joining the active dispatch pool

Anyone who lets their insurance lapse or their licence expire comes off the roster immediately, no exceptions.

Are You a Trade?

We keep one licensed partner per trade, per territory — so when work comes up in your zone, it comes to you first, every time.

  • No lead fees
  • No bidding against other trades
  • No minimum volume
  • Net-14 payment on every approved invoice

Questions About the Network

Are these trades your employees?
No. Every partner is an independent business working under their own ABN, licence and insurance, engaged under a formal Independent Contractor Services Agreement for each job. That keeps licensing and liability where it belongs — with the licensed trade.
Who do I deal with — you or the trade?
Us. One point of contact, one invoice, and we stay accountable for the coordination. See how trade coordination works →
How often is the vetting re-checked?
Insurance and licences are re-checked on renewal, not just at sign-up. A lapse takes a partner out of rotation immediately, until it's resolved.
Can I request a specific trade partner?
Ask and we'll do our best. We assign on trade, location and availability, so on any given day the right answer might be someone else in the network — but they'll have cleared exactly the same checklist.
What if I'm a trade in a suburb you don't cover yet?
Still worth applying. Territories open up as we grow, and one licensed partner per trade per territory means an unclaimed zone is genuinely unclaimed.
