A Note From the Founder

Simplicity Asset Care started from a simple frustration: property maintenance is fundamentally logistics, quality control, and communication — not magic — yet the people responsible for a property are made to manage it like a second job. Chasing quotes, coordinating trades, hoping the clean holds up at inspection.

So I built the business I wanted to hire: one partner accountable for the whole outcome, working to a documented standard, with the insurance and vetting to back it. Not a bigger cleaning crew — a system. That's the whole idea behind the name.

Yes. Every trade in the network is vetted before joining, works under their own ABN and insurance, and is engaged under a formal Independent Contractor Services Agreement for every job.
